Boston Red Sox second baseman Enmanuel Valdez went 2-for-3 in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jays, recording his sixth home run of the season, which was a solo shot off Jays starter Kevin Gausman. The 25-year-old also walked once and scored three times. The left-handed hitter has a .215 average on the season, but is batting .341 (15-for-44) in June with six doubles, four home runs, 14 RBI, 10 runs scored, a 7:5 BB:K, and one stolen base in 16 games. Although he's having a nice month, Valdez is hard to trust for season-long fantasy, as he rarely gets at-bats versus left-handed pitching and he's likely due for some regression.

Cleveland Guardians shortstop prospect Jose Tena found his power stroke with two homers on Wednesday for Triple-A Columbus, giving him six bombs in his last six games. The Guardians' No. 22 prospect is hitting .300 for Columbus with 14 homers and 52 RBI to go with an .851 OPS. The power surge is a bit unexpected, as Tena is known more for his glove at the shortstop position. He hit eight homers across two levels of the minors in 2023. However, the 23-year-old has been good offensively all season at Triple-A. Tena made a late-season cameo with the Guardians last year and could find his way back to Cleveland by the end of this season if he keeps up his hot hitting.

White Sox catcher prospect Edgar Quero is heating up in a big way in June for Double-A Birmingham. He is coming off a five-hit, three-RBI game on Tuesday at Rickwood Field and is hitting .467 this month with four homers and 13 RBI. The White Sox' No. 4 prospect is one of the purest hitting catcher prospects in the game. The Cuban looks to be the catcher of the future for Chicago after coming over from the Angels in a July trade that sent Lucas Giolito and Reynaldo Lopez to Los Angeles. Quero is hitting .284 with 11 homers and 49 RBI for Birmingham this season and looks like he could be a future fantasy stud behind the plate.

Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Cole Ragans went six innings in Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Athletics, allowing two earned runs on four hits and four walks while striking out seven. It was Ragans' fourth straight quality start and seventh consecutive start in which he allowed three earned runs or fewer. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, the good pitching hasn't translated to wins, as the southpaw hasn't recorded a victory since May 22. Still, the 26-year-old has a strong 3.13 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and the third-most strikeouts in all of baseball with 109 over 92 innings pitched. Ragans will get a favorable matchup in his next start, which lines up with the Miami Marlins at home next Monday.

Washington Nationals infield prospect Brady House went 2-for-4 with an RBI for Double-A Harrisburg on Wednesday. The 21-year-old is now hitting .244 with 11 homers and 28 RBI and a .764 OPS for Harrisburg this season. He hit .312 over three levels of the minors in 2023. The Nationals' No. 3 prospect has a big frame at 6-foot-4 and 208 pounds and possesses 60-grade power. The first-round pick of Washington in 2021 has progressed nicely through the minor leagues so far. He has played third base primarily for Harrisburg this season and could put himself on the big-league radar in a few years if he continues his progression through the minors.
