Welcome to the beginning of the CS:GO PrizePicks articles where we will be targeting the best props of the slate! While other focus just on one tier, PrizePicks focuses on every tier in CS:GO which makes it that much more enticing to watch!
Speaking of “PrizePicks”, it is a creative new way to parlay picks based on expected fantasy point production.
How to play PrizePicks CS:GO.
The format is simple. You will pick two, three, or four players and predict if they will go over or under their fantasy point total.
For CS:GO, the scoring is also just as simple as players score +1 fantasy point for a kill and then –1 fantasy point if they kill a teammate.
When parlaying the players, the larger your parlay, the better the payout:
- Two-pick entry pays 3x (max entry: $400)
- Three-pick entry pays 5x (max entry: $200)
- Four-pick entry pays 10x (max entry: $100)
As a bonus offer, there is a “flex play” option if you choose to run a 4-man parlay. This will provide some security, as you can earn 1.5x your buy-in if three of your four picks hit.
For tomorrow, the first series will start at 6 a.m. EST.
CS:GO PrizePicks for June 17
device OVER 37.5 – Now, device has had some ups and downs lately with NiP, and the team has been struggling overall. However, they get to face BIG on Friday, and I love the matchup. BIG has had success against Tier 2 teams lately but when it comes to Tier 1, they make a lot of mistakes. With the way s1mple and crew handled BIG, I expect NiP to do the same.
syrsoN OVER 35.5 – syrsoN struggled a lot versus NaVi, which is something that usually doesn’t happen. SyrsoN has logged 37, 45, 38, 46 and 42 kills before that series. While I do think NiP gets the sweep, they start slow on maps or allow teams to keep it too close and a projection of 35.5 is low for syrsoN, a player that usually doesn’t slack.
Kjaerbye UNDER 37.5 – In a series that should be close, it still doesn’t give much hope to Kjaerbye. Now, Kjaerbye looked like a changed player when he joined HYENAS and was a top fragger, but he’s back to his old ways. He currently holds a 1.01 player rating and hasn’t been close to 37 kills in his past five series. The man is currently in a slump.
SunPayus OVER 38.5 – I don't think this projection is even high enough. SunPayus has only dropped below 38.5 twice in his past 10 series and even then, that was a couple weeks ago. He currently holds a 1.36 player rating for this event and this series should be a pretty bloody series. This is a top play for PrizePicks and may remain that way for a while as long as he is on the slates.
