Lewis, who turns 37 in May, has been with the Packers for the last three seasons after spending his first 12 years in Jacksonville. He was the Jaguars’ first-round pick in the 2006 NFL Draft and made the 2010 Pro Bowl after he finished that year with 700 yards and 10 touchdowns. He’s been mostly a blocking tight end with Green Bay, catching 28 passes for 302 yards and 4 touchdowns in his three years with the Packers.
