We have a massive 10-game slate of NBA action set up for Tuesday evening. The NBA Bet Tracker is going to be filled with potential opportunities, as we have so many places we can look. Injury news is going to factor heavily into Tuesday’s games. All-Stars like LeBron James and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander are ruled out already. Others like Giannis Antetokounmpo, De’Aaron Fox and Kristaps Porzingis are listed as questionable. The news will open up some betting opportunities once it dropped, but for now we still have plenty of edges to discuss in Tuesday’s NBA best bets.
Best NBA Points Prop Bets
Isaiah Joe Over 17.5 Points
Isaiah Joe had a horrendous first half with just three points when we took him last game. It looked bleak. Then he caught fire at the end of the third quarter and finished the game with 24. The last four times Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has missed a game, Joe had scored 21 or more points in each. He’s made 18-of-35 3-point attempts in those four games, averaging 13.5 points from behind the arc by itself. Joe is a pure shooter, coming off back-to-back 20-plus-point games, including one against this same opponent. They keep raising his scoring prop number, but it’s still not high enough to account for him being in this same positive situation again.
Fred VanVleet Under 19.5 Points
The Chicago Bulls are a very good defensive unit, giving up the sixth-fewest points per 100 possessions in the NBA. They have been even better over the last two weeks, giving up the second fewest. Fred VanVleet has only scored over 20 points in one of the last five games for the Raptors. He has a negative matchup here against a solid defensive backcourt. His minutes and shots have been there, but unless he gets hot and goes 6-for-13 like he did when he had 35 points a few games ago, he’s likely to fall short of this mark.
Dennis Schroder Over 14.5 Points
Dennis Schroder has a tough matchup, but the volume should trump that. With D-lo still out and LeBron now joining him, Schroeder should be a key piece of the Lakers offense and also play a ton of minutes. He was a main driver of their historic comeback last game. Schroder has taken double-digit shots in just three games in February, but every time he did he scored 16 or more points, which would cash his number if repeated.
