NBA Prop Bet of the Day

Deandre Ayton to register a double-double at Denver (-113, DraftKings

Applying body blows with the ferocity of peak Mike Tyson, the Phoenix Suns are one landed uppercut away from sweeping the league MVP-led Nuggets. Desperate teams typically respond with heroic energy when facing elimination, but no matter if Denver delays the inevitable, expect the Suns’ big man on campus to once again contribute behemoth numbers in the box score. Similar to Reggie Jackson made threes, Ayton’s double-doubles prop has been a cash cow — six games, six times he logged at least 10 points and 10 boards. Adding fuel to the fire, Denver has allowed 1.222 points per possession, the highest of any playoff team still in contention. Combine the consistency with an overly forgiving defense and Ayton’s streak is quite likely to extend.
