Friday’s MLB slate is jampacked with all 30 teams going at it, and there are plenty of props available on PrizePicks to find value in. I found four props that I believe are mispriced on PrizePicks, so you can take advantage. But move fast — PrizePicks lines move with the action.

Let’s dive into the MLB board and let’s look at props on PrizePicks with value. Be sure to use PrizePicks promo code FTN for a $100 deposit match.

MLB PrizePicks Friday 6/24

Adrian Houser Under 93.5 Pitches Thrown

Adrian Houser is a better pitcher at home this season, but he is facing the Blue Jays, who have one of the scariest lineups in baseball. Houser has gone over this total in his last four starts in impressive pitching performances, but I expect the Blue Jays to bring him back down to earth. Houser has a 7.01 ERA his second time facing a batting order, this year and I believe Toronto will hit him hard and often. The Blue Jays have a .767 team OPS in innings 1-6 and can apply enough pressure to knock Houser out of this game early. Houser does not strike out a lot of batters — 54 in 68 innings — so that should certainly keep his pitch count down as well.

Merrill Kelly Over 95.5 Pitches Thrown

Merrill Kelly gets the start at home against the Tigers, which is a fantastic matchup for him. Kelly has gone over this total in just two of his last four starts, but I expect him to do it here against a bad lineup. The Tigers have a .560 team OPS on the road, worst in baseball. Kelly had no walks in his last start, but he has had one or more walks in all but two starts this year. If Kelly cannot control his pitch location, he should certainly jack up his pitch count. With a combination of a few strikeouts, a few walks and pitching deep into the game, Kelly should undoubtedly go over 96 pitches.

NYM/MIA Under 0.5 Runs in First Inning

Taijuan Walker will make the start for the Mets Friday in Miami. On the road, Walker has a 3.11 ERA in seven starts and a 1.17 WHIP. Sandy Alcantara, the leader to win the NL Cy Young, will make the start for the Marlins. Alcantara is better at home, with a 1.36 ERA and a 0.87 WHIP when pitching in Miami. Alcantara has allowed just three runs in the first inning in 14 starts this season, and opponents have a .189 batting average against him the first time through an order. Walker has allowed a first-inning run in only three of his 11 starts and he has a 2.71 FIP this first time through a batting order this season. The Mets have a .760 team OPS in the first inning, but they are facing one of the best pitchers in baseball and the Marlins have a .649 team OPS in the first inning, 28th in baseball.

Cole Irvin Under 3.5 Strikeouts

Cole Irvin is making the start against the Royals, and I expect him to go under 3.5 strikeouts. Irvin faced the Royals Saturday and rung up six batters, but it will be difficult to repeat that performance. The Royals have the third-least strikeouts this season and the fifth fewest against left-handed pitchers. Irvin has pitched five-plus innings in every start this season and he has gone over this total in all but three games, but the line being just 3.5 shows there is limited confidence in his ability to shut down the Royals for the second time in a week. Irvin has a lower K% on the road this season and a much higher FIP, so I expect Irvin to get knocked out early and stay under this strikeout total.

Find More MLB Player Props on PrizePicks

Player props have become one of the hottest markets in baseball, and PrizePicks offers the perfect balance for daily fantasy players to get in on the MLB player prop action for real money.

Users can select up to five props to combine into a parlay and users can select whether they want the selection to be a “power play” or a “flex play.”

A “power play” means all selections in the PrizePicks pick need to hit and there is a multiplier for the number of events involved. Here’s the “power play” breakdown:

  • Pick 2, and if you get them both right, you win 3x your entry fee
  • Pick 3, and if you get them all right win 5x your entry fee
  • Pick 4, and if you get them all right win 10x your entry fee

Here’s the “flex play” breakdown:

  • Pick 5 players: Go 5-of-5 to win 10x, go 4-of-5 to win 2x, or go 3-of-5 to win 0.4x
  • Pick 4 players: Go 4-of-4 to win 5x, go 3-of-4 to win 1.5x
  • Pick 3 players: Go 3-of-3 to win 2.25x, go 2-of-3 to win 1.25x
  • Pick 2 players: Go 2-of-2 to win 2x, go 1-of-2 to win 0.5x

In MLB, PrizePicks offers props like NRFI/YRFI, fantasy score, hits/RBIs, strikeouts, pitching outs, and more. This wide variety of different prop markets makes PrizePicks exciting and also exploitable.

Keep in mind that PrizePicks is not like a traditional sportsbook that has different pricing for each prop. On PrizePicks, the line you see is the line you get, and you must parlay at least two picks to lock in your fantasy plays.
