Week 8 brings us a sprawling NFL DFS slate on FanDuel with 14 games, since it includes the Sunday night contest between the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys. There is more to get to than normal, so let’s get directly to work.

Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers ($8,900)
It’s not hard to see why we want to attack the Jacksonville defense after coming back from a two-week stay in London. They rank dead last in DVOA against the pass, while Love is leading the league in passing touchdowns. Now, you can argue that his touchdowns compared to how many Josh Jacobs has scored are a little wonky. Love is only 17th in attempts since he missed two games, so he’s not going to average three touchdown passes per game for the season. Green Bay is 11th in pass rate in neutral scripts in the last four weeks, and that’s helped Love rank seventh in points per dropback. I will say that Jacksonville leads the league in attempts when running a Cover-2 defense, and that has been a slight weakness for Love this year. His completion rate is 73.7% in 19 attempts, but he has thrown zero touchdowns and one interception. If you look at 2023, the sample is bigger and looks more encouraging at almost 1,000 yards on 116 attempts with a 98.0 passer rating.
