Cleveland is currently the top team in the Eastern Conference, sitting on a 46-10 record. However, the Cavs could be without Allen for at least a few games, depending on how things play out. If that's the case, Evan Mobley will likely slide over to the middle, with De'Andre Hunter or Dean Wade entering the starting lineup to handle things at the four spot.
