It’s fantasy football championship week! On DraftKings, they have the $10m Main Event, which is an absolutely fabulous tournament for high-stakes players. I generally like tournaments with a few thousand total entries since it’s important to be unique to win them, but they aren’t so large it feels like a lottery where you have to have the perfect lineup.
I’ll talk more about the slate in depth with Alex Blickle Sunday morning on our show, “For The Milly.” We’ll go over the chalk and what we like and don’t like, and I’ll also post my exposures in the Discord about an hour or so before lock Sunday.
Here are 10 players under 10% in projected rostership that I am considering using this week in some of my lineups:
TwoGun’s 10 Under 10% for DFS Week 17
1. Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills
I’ve been high on Josh Allen for a few weeks now, and I definitely will not stop rostering him against a Jets defense that has given up. I expect a bounceback performance for Josh Allen where the team tries to keep him in the lead for the MVP. At less than 5% in single entry, that strikes me as criminally under-rostered. I’ll generally pair him with a mix of Khalil Shakir, Dalton Kincaid, Keon Coleman and Amari Cooper.
2. Dorian Thompson-Robinson, QB, Cleveland Browns
I feel terrible about this because I feel like I’m betraying my hero, Jameis Winston However, DTR makes a great paydown QB this week. He has everything to play for, he’s a running QB, he’s cheap, and no one wants to roster him (not even me, but I will definitely have him quite a bit!). You can pair him with a cheap Jordan Akins (who will be somewhat popular, to be fair), but if you really want to have a contrarian stack, you should use Jerry Jeudy or Elijah Moore.
