Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder), who was listed as questionable for the Week 16 tilt on Sunday against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts, is active and will serve as the backup to starter Mason Rudolph. After another poor showing in the Week 15 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in which he threw three more interceptions, the Titans made the move to bench Levis in favor of Rudolph in Week 16. It's unclear if Rudolph will start all three of the final three games of the regular season, but Levis' fantasy stock in superflex and dynasty/keeper leagues is obviously trending down toward the end of the year. In 11 starts in his sophomore season, Levis has completed 63.7% of his passes for 1,916 yards, 12 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Heading into his third season in the NFL, he could be battling for a backup job in 2025.

Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard (ankle) is officially active on Sunday against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts in Week 16 despite missing practice all week with an ankle injury. Pollard saw fewer snaps than normal in the Week 15 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, carrying the ball 17 times for 45 yards and a touchdowns, while backfield mate Tyjae Spears saw four carries for five yards and a touchdown, adding a season-high six catches for a season-high 87 yards and a second touchdown. The Colts are one of the best matchups for opposing RBs in the league in 2024, but given Pollard's injury and the chance he shares more work with Spears for a second straight week, fantasy managers may want to consider him more of a low-end RB2 in the fantasy semifinals in most leagues. In the first meeting with Indy back on Oct. 13, Pollard had 17 carries for 93 yards and a touchdown.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is expected to serve as the team's backup quarterback in Week 16 at Indianapolis, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The second-year quarterback appeared on the injury report on Friday and is listed as questionable to play, but should be active. The Titans elected to bench Levis and start Mason Rudolph prior to the injury, so the news shouldn't have much impact on fantasy lineups this week.

Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard (ankle) is anticipated to play in Sunday's game versus the Colts. The 2019 No. 128 overall pick has played through an ankle injury over the last few weeks. However, it appears he'll get out there on Sunday after not practicing during the week and carrying a questionable designation. With the Titans eliminated from postseason contention, Pollard has little incentive to play other than being 18 yards shy of his third-consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season. Although the 27-year-old will likely hit that mark in Week 16, it's unknown how much of a factor he will be for the offense. With that in mind, Pollard is a risky option against Indianapolis despite the favorable matchup. Tyjae Spears, who scored twice in the loss to the Bengals, may still have a role. But Pollard's expected presence, even if he's limited, will likely cap Spears' volume and fantasy potential.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) was benched in favor of Mason Rudolph for the Week 16 contest against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts, and now he's questionable to serve as the backup on Sunday after being limited in Friday's practice with a right-shoulder injury. It's unclear exactly how serious Levis' shoulder injury is, but if the Titans don't feel he's healthy enough to be Rudolph's backup, Trevor Siemian would be elevated from the practice squad to Tennessee's 53-man active roster for Sunday's contest. The 25-year-old improved his completion percentage from 58.4% of 63.7% in his sophomore year, but overall he was way too inconsistent and struggled with turnovers in his 11 starts, throwing for 1,916 yards, 12 touchdowns and 12 interceptions while also taking 40 sacks and fumbling seven times. Depending on what the team does at QB in the offseason, Levis could be a backup in 2025.
