Another prime-time game, another disappointing team from New York headlining the night. Since trading for Davante Adams, the Jets’ season has gone from bad to worse, losing to the Steelers in Russell Wilson’s debut and most recently the Patriots in a game Drake Maye exited in the first half. Still, they’re a slight 2.5-point favorite at home against a shorthanded Texans offense.
Already missing Nico Collins for at least one more week, Houston will also be without Stefon Diggs for the rest of the season, who was diagnosed with a torn ACL. The matchup for Tank Dell and Dalton Schultz isn’t great, but they should both see a significant uptick in volume and will be critical pieces of Thursday night’s SGP.
