Sunday Night Football brings us the rare matchup of the New York Giants and the Cincinnati Bengals. Both teams need to win this game — the Bengals are 1-4 and won’t be able to recover from 1-5 to make the playoffs, barring a miracle. At 2-3, the Giants could find a way to the postseason with a loss Sunday, but their chances would be slim.
I hope that means these teams spent the week preparing schemes that take advantage of their opponent’s weaknesses with players who might not have the defense’s full attention. I will say, there’s a very good chance someone at the top of the first touchdown scorer market cashes the ticket, but I see value further down the list. Here’s who I bet to score the first touchdown.
