It's tough to imagine Tolbert having reliable value going forward with Cooks and CeeDee Lamb both healthy.

Tolbert had previously been operating as the Cowboys' No. 2 receiver, delivering modest production at best, and now he's dropping to the No. 3 role behind CeeDee Lamb and Cooks. The 25-year-old has two touchdowns over his last four games but hasn't surpassed three catches in a single contest since Week 6. He can be avoided in most leagues as he takes on the New York Giants this Thursday.
