Here are the best fantasy football sleepers for the 2024 NFL season at an average draft position of 125 or below, according to Underdog ADP.
Nailing your sleeper picks will help you find this year’s C.J. Stroud or Kyren Williams and crush your league. These later-round picks can propel you to victory.
Fantasy Football Sleepers 2024
QB Sleepers
Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
ADP 150.1
Stafford is going as the QB19 despite finishing as the QB14 in fantasy points per game last season. Per our FTN Fantasy splits tool, Stafford posted 22.2% more fantasy points in games with both Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua on the field last season. With Kupp missing the first four weeks of last season, Stafford was only the QB21 in FPPG (15.3). Starting at Week 5 with both receivers healthy, he jumped to QB16. During the critical Week 10 to Week 16 stretch drive? Stafford was the QB7, tied with Jordan Love. If you don’t trust Cooper Kupp to stay healthy, I understand the fade. But if Kupp and Nacua play the full season, Stafford will crush his current ADP.
Will Levis, Tennessee Titans
ADP 175.1
Levis is the player who most resembles C.J. Stroud from last season, a quarterback with a secure starting spot who is being ignored by the fantasy community. Longtime beat reporter Jim Wyatt called this iteration of Tennessee wide receivers the best he’s ever seen, which doesn’t include two strong pass-catching running backs in Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears. Levis is strong option as a QB2 in superflex leagues.
RB Sleepers
Zach Charbonnet, Seattle Seahawks
ADP 132.3
Charbonnet lurks as this year’s Kyren Williams: a backup RB who could be thrust into a dominant touch share. After Cam Akers fell out of favor in Los Angeles, Williams ascended into the lead running back role and dominated fantasy football as the overall RB2. Charbonnet brings second-round draft capital from last season, and versatility as both a rusher and receiver out of the backfield. He is just one injury away to Kenneth Walker for a massive opportunity in the Seattle offense.
Audric Estimé, Denver Broncos
ADP 199.1
Estimé is a fifth-round pick who enters a crowded Denver backfield that could look dramatically different by Week 1. There are growing rumors of Javonte Williams needing to prove himself to make the Broncos roster, with Samaje Perine’s position also very tenuous. Diminutive Jaleel McLaughlin is an explosive pass-catcher, but not an every-down running back. That leaves the 5-foot-11, 221-pound Estime with a huge opportunity to ascend to a significant role in this backfield. That’s the perfect low-risk, high-upside profile of an ideal 2024 fantasy football sleeper.
WR Sleepers
DeMario Douglas, New England Patriots
ADP 152.3
One of my favorite 2024 sleepers, Douglas is in line to be the WR1 for the Patriots. He averaged 7.6 targets per game in Weeks 7-12 last season, and his elite speed and burst provides critical separation ability for rookie quarterback Drake Maye.
Wan’Dale Robinson, New York Giants
ADP 164.5
The presence of rookie Malik Nabers has made Robinson an afterthought in the New York Giants passing attack. Per FTN’s StatsHub, he was top-20 in yards after catch (4.8) among wideouts with at least 60 catches. Even slightly improved quarterback play from Daniel Jones could push Robinson near 70-75 receptions.
TE Sleepers
Tyler Conklin, New York Jets
ADP 171.9
Conklin has quietly posted three straight seasons of 87 targets and should have a massive quarterback upgrade with a healthy Aaron Rodgers. He has battled his way to a TE20 finish each of the past three seasons and is being drafted at that floor currently.
Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
ADP 178.2
Otton provides elite usage numbers at a bottom-barrel ADP. Per FTN StatsHub, Otton had a 96.3% snap share and 83.3% route participation rate, both of which ranked first among all tight ends.
