The New York Knicks have signed center Moses Brown to an Exhibit 10 deal on Wednesday. The 24-year-old has bounced around quite a bit since his rookie season with the Portland Trail Blazers in 2019. In fact, Brown has played with six different organizations since joining the league. Most recently, Brown played 22 games with the Blazers, averaging 3.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 0.3 assists in 9.1 minutes per game. The Knicks are fairly loaded in the front court with Karl-Anthony Towns, Mitchell Robinson, and Precious Achiuwa. It looks like Brown is going to compete for a bench spot, but is unlikely to have fantasy value.
Portland Trail Blazers center Moses Brown (wrist) will play on Friday night versus Memphis. The 24-year-old broke his wrist during a meeting with the Suns on New Year's Day and hasn't been active since then. Before Brown went down with the ailment, he had played sparingly, so his return isn't expected to make much of an impact for fantasy managers, even with Deandre Ayton (hand) absent.
Portland Trail Blazers center Moses Brown (wrist) is officially questionable for Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies, which could potentially be his first game back since Jan. 1 after suffering a fractured wrist. In the last four games that he did appear in, he was a starter but didn't get any more than 15 minutes in any of them. If Brown does suit up, it's unclear how he'd fit into the rotation just yet. Duop Reath has stepped up as a serviceable backup big, and Deandre Ayton remains the starting center. Fantasy managers may want to hold off on picking Brown up until his minute situation is figured out moving forward.
