With the Hornets not expected to earn a spot in the Play-In round, the team has no incentive to rush him back, meaning KJ Simpson may find himself spending more time at the one. The 2024 No. 42 overall pick has played well in his four starts throughout the season, averaging 13.0 points, 4.0 assists, and 1.5 steals, so fantasy managers can keep him stashed in case Ball misses more games moving ahead.
