Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Isaac Okoro (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. The 24-year-old has sat out 14 games due to a right shoulder injury but could be back in action on Thursday night. Okoro also dealt with the same injury earlier in the campaign, which has limited him to 28 appearances in 2024-25. Fantasy managers have never received much production from Okoro, but he will be a welcome addition to the rotation as the season enters its final months.

He averages 5.8 points on 42.7% shooting from the field and 39.7% from three. His next chance to return to game action will come Wednesday against the Miami Heat. His absence would likely free up additional playing time for Sam Merrill and Georges Niang in the rotation.

None of these players are great fantasy options, but Strus is probably the best streaming choice of the three. He probably offers the most upside as the shooter between the bunch.

Okoro posted 12 points, one rebound, one steal and one assist across 20 minutes on Monday versus the Nets before suffering the shoulder injury. While the 23-year-old is out, Dean Wade and Georges Niang will likely see an uptick in minutes on the floor.

The three-and-d wing hurt his left knee in Thursday's game against Denver and might have to sit out the meeting with the Hornets entirely. If that's the case, Caris LeVert, Georges Niang, and Dean Wade should share Okoro's minutes. LeVert is the best fantasy option of the three. He had his second-best offensive outing on Thursday with 21 points and six assists.
