Washington Wizards forward Deni Avdija (heel) is listed as questionable for Friday's meeting with the Clippers. He returned from a three-game absence against the Lakers on Thursday, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him miss Friday's game after Avdija put in a massive 43-minute shift in Thursday's overtime loss. His absence would open the door for Corey Kispert to re-enter the starting unit. He made his second start of the campaign on Tuesday versus Golden State. With that said, Kispert has also been productive coming off the bench, and the change won't affect his role on the team much. Having gone for 20 points in four of his last five appearances, Kispert will be one of the focal points of Washington's offense if Avdija doesn't play on Friday.

Golden State Warriors shooting guard Brandin Podziemski (knee) has been downgraded to out for Friday's meeting with Toronto. At first, Podziemski was considered doubtful for the game with right knee soreness, but the team has now ruled him out entirely. This means another tweak in the Warriors starting lineup is coming. Podziemski has made six consecutive starts, moving ahead of Klay Thompson on the depth chart. The Splash Brothers could be reunited now in the starting five on Friday against a team that's allowing opponents to hit 37.3 percent of their attempts from deep. Moses Moody, who's already replaced Andrew Wiggins (personal) in the starting lineup, and Chris Paul might also absorb some of Podziemski's minutes, along with defensive specialist Gary Payton II.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (shoulder) has picked up a questionable tag ahead of Friday's encounter with the Hornets. He's a late addition to the injury report with a sore right shoulder. 76ers head coach Nick Nurse might have to switch up his starting lineup again after inserting Oubre Jr. back into the first unit on Tuesday versus Boston. If Oubre Jr. won't be available, Nicolas Batum might get a fresh opportunity in the starting five against his former team in a very favorable matchup. The Hornets are ranked 27th in defensive efficiency, and Milwaukee has just crushed them in back-to-back games. Philadelphia should be capable of something similar Friday night.

Miami Heat forward Kevin Love (heel) has been given a questionable status for their matchup with the Utah Jazz on Saturday night. The veteran big man is dealing with a heel issue and wasn't able to play in their last game on Thursday. Love hasn't been seeing enough time to garner fantasy interest across most leagues. This year has been his lowest mark for minutes per game at 17.5 and he's been averaging just 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game. So, if he's unable to suit up, it shouldn't affect that many players' minutes in this game. Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr. could both be solid streaming options if need be though.

Charlotte Hornets forward Grant Williams (back) is probable for Friday's matchup against Philadelphia. The former Celtic is troubled by a lower back contusion, but it looks like he will be able to play through the ailment. Williams has been in the lineup for eight consecutive games for the Hornets, and he's found a new lease of life in Charlotte following his disappointing stint in Dallas. Williams has averaged 13.9 points and 4.9 rebounds in 28.1 minutes with the Hornets while leading the second unit. However, Friday's game might not be a good matchup for him because Philadelphia has a good defensive record against opposing benches, with only six teams having allowed fewer bench points.
