Chicago Bulls forward Torrey Craig (toe) is considered probable for Wednesday's action against the Cavaliers. After returning from a heel injury, Craig has played in five consecutive games, and it looks like he will be good to go for Wednesday. The 33-year-old could be looking at his ninth start of the campaign versus Cleveland, as Alex Caruso (toe) might be out for a second consecutive contest. Craig logged 27 minutes as his replacement in the starting unit Monday versus Atlanta and did a little bit of everything. His averages for the year as a starter stand at 5.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.4 assists.

Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso (toe) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Cleveland. He could be forced to sit out a second consecutive contest with a toe contusion. Torrey Craig took over from Caruso in the starting unit on Monday versus Atlanta, with Jevon Carter and Dalen Terry getting extended minutes off the bench. His absence also benefited Ayo Dosunmu, who went off for a career-high 29 points on Monday. Wednesday's outing promises to be a much tougher one for the Bulls as they face a top-tier defensive team that has been crushing it since the turn of the year.

Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton (back) will remain out on Wednesday against Miami. Melton was back in practice on Tuesday, but the team won't be able to count on his services for a 17th consecutive game. Philadelphia will be off until Feb. 22 following Wednesday's game, so there's a strong chance this is the final contest Melton misses. His return to practice certainly suggests that the versatile guard isn't far from being game-ready again. The likes of Buddy Hield and Kelly Oubre Jr. will be in for busy nights again on Wednesday without Melton.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington (knee) will miss a 22nd consecutive contest on Wednesday versus Miami. He's dealing with a bone bruise on his left knee and hasn't taken the court since Dec. 30. It's unclear when Covington will be available again. However, with the All-Star break coming up, he will have some extra time to get healthy ahead of the next game, which isn't scheduled until Feb. 22. Playing in his 11th year in the league, Covington has averaged 4.4 points and 3.3 rebounds in 16.8 minutes.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Nicolas Batum (hamstring) won't feature against Miami on Wednesday, missing a ninth consecutive game. The French veteran is trying to recover from a hamstring strain but still needs more time to heal. However, the good news for the Sixers and him is the fact that the team will be off until Feb. 22 following Wednesday's action, which will give Batum a lot of time to get ready for the next game. With Tobias Harris (hip) also out of the lineup, Kenyon Martin Jr. moved to the starting unit on Monday versus Cleveland. Philadelphia's injuries have also boosted the playing time of Ricky Council IV.
