Atlanta Hawks point guardTrae Young(quadriceps) is good to go for Wednesday's matchup with the Charlotte Hornets. Young dropped out of the lineup on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a left quadriceps contusion he suffered over the weekend. However, the injury won't keep him sidelined this evening. The star point guard is averaging 24.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 11.7 assists per game since the All-Star break, and he will provide a massive boost for fantasy managers tonight against the Hornets.

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Alex Caruso (illness) won't play on Wednesday against Boston. He's missed 23 games this season. But the 30-year-old is sidelined versus the defending champs because of an illness. However, OKC won't play again until Saturday in Detroit, so there's a chance he'll feel better by then. Caruso has averaged only 6.5 points this season, down from the 2023-24 campaign. Still, his absence will be felt the most on the defensive end. Without Caruso on the floor, Isaiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins, and Cason Wallace may see more action.

Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson (foot) will make his return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Memphis Grizzlies. He has been out for seven games due to a foot issue. The veteran has struggled to stay in the lineup all season and will make only his 33rd appearance of the campaign. Clarkson has averaged 16.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in 26.6 minutes. His return is likely to hurt Johnny Juzang, who has averaged over 20 minutes a night since the All-Star break.

Toronto Raptors forward Scottie Barnes (hand) won't play on Wednesday against Philadelphia. The 23-year-old has averaged 19.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.1 blocks this season. While his three-point shooting needs work, his absence will open the door for others to get more involved. With RJ Barrett (personal), Immanuel Quickley (rest), Gradey Dick (knee), Brandon Ingram (ankle), Ja'Kobe Walter (hip), and Ochai Agbaji (ankle) also sidelined, the team will need to rely more on Jakob Poeltl, Orlando Robinson, Jamison Battle, Chris Boucher, A.J. Lawson, and Jared Rhoden versus the 76ers, a team that has won four of their last five contests.

Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Networkreports that Atlanta Hawks centerClint Capela(personal) will be out of action for Wednesday's matchup with the Charlotte Hornets due to personal reasons. The 30-year-old is set to miss his first contest since the All-Star break. Capela's absence won't impact fantasy much this evening, as he's played under 20 minutes in five of his last six outings. Dominick Barlowis Onyeka Okongwu and will likely take on extra minutes for the team's frontcourt against Charlotte.
