On Wednesday, Houston Rockets guardFred VanVleet(ankle) is available to suit up against the Phoenix Suns, Danielle Lerner of The Houston Chronicle reports. The 31-year-old guard has missed 15 of the last 16 games due to a lingering ankle issue. It appears the problem is finally behind him. The 31-year-old's minutes will be limited in his return. That being said, he is probably not a great pick for DFS contests this evening. VanVleet returning to the floor will likely mean decreased minutes forAaron HolidayandCam Whitmore.

Utah Jazz shooting guard Jaden Springer (back) will be in the lineup for Wednesday's matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies. The 22-year-old has been managing a back injury recently and hasn't seen any action in four games. He will add depth to the guard position for the Jazz, but Springer is not expected to have a significant role in the rotation. Since his move from Boston, Springer has played only six times for the Jazz, averaging 3.5 points and 1.5 assists in 11.2 minutes.

Charlotte Hornets center Jusuf Nurkic (shin) will play on Wednesday against Atlanta. The 30-year-old has missed time sporadically over the last few weeks because of various issues. However, a shin contusion put his availability in jeopardy versus the Hawks. With that said, Mark Williams is available, meaning Nurkic will have a tough time doing anything meaningful for fantasy managers.

Utah Jazz guard Keyonte George (foot) will not suit up for Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. He was initially listed as doubtful on the injury report, and Utah has now ruled him out. George will miss a second consecutive game due to a left foot contusion. Isaiah Collier and Collin Sexton will carry the backcourt in George's absence. At the same time, Jordan Clarkson (foot) will be an additional option against Memphis after being cleared to return to the lineup.

Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen (back) will return from a nine-game absence on Wednesday versus the Memphis Grizzlies. Markkanen last saw action on Feb. 22 due to a back issue. The Finnish star has remained Utah's top scorer in 2024-25, although it's been a down year for Markkanen, whose numbers have dropped across the board. He is averaging 19.3 points and 6.1 rebounds in 32.1 minutes. With Markkanen returning, Brice Sensabaugh and Cody Williams will probably see reduced playing time.
