The Giants are already down Michael Conforto (hamstring) and Jorge Soler (shoulder), so the outfield depth is getting thin. The mix of Austin Slater, Luis Matos, and Heliot Ramos figure to be more involved with the outfield banged up in San Francisco.

Fantasy managers need to consider the 25-year-old as day-to-day for now and check back to see if he's active on Friday. Austin Slater got the nod in center field for the Gigantes on Thursday and was hitting sixth in the order. Lee is currently in the midst of a modest six-game hitting streak in May, going 9-for-29 (.310) in the span with a double and an RBI. He's provided a decent batting average and on-base percentage so far in his first year in the big leagues but with little power (two homers).

It's been a solid start to the 25-year-old's big-league career as Lee is hitting .272 with two homers, two steals, and a tiny 8.7% K% across his first 103 trips to the plate. Lee had a history of elite strikeout and contact rates through a wildly successful seven-year run in the KBO. Austin Slater will handle leadoff duties as he often does against left-handed pitching. First baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. is also out on Wednesday against the lefty.

Tyler Fitzgerald will start in center field and bat ninth, Wilmer Flores is at first base and batting second, Austin Slater is in right field and batting leadoff, and Tom Murphy is catching and hitting sixth. The 25-year-old Lee has held his own so far in his rookie season, going 12-for-47 (.255) with a homer and four RBI in his first 12 games. Slater is a prime DFS play on Wednesday against a lefty that he's hitting .462 against with a homer and six RBI in 13 career at-bats.
