San Francisco Giants outfielder Heliot Ramos continued his breakthrough season in Tuesday's victory versus the Toronto Blue Jays. The 24-year-old went 2-for-4 on the evening with a solo home run. Ramos has been up-and-down throughout the minors and big leagues over the past season, but he has seized his opportunity this year and with the way he has played, there are no signs that he plans to leave San Francisco anytime soon. On the season, Ramos is now hitting .302 with 13 homers and 42 RBI in 55 games and has become of the better waiver wire finds of 2024 thus far. Despite his impressive numbers, managers should expect Ramos to eventually regress, making him a good sell-high candidate in the right deal.
San Francisco Giants outfielder Heliot Ramos went 1-for-5 with a homer, a run, and three RBI in a 6-5 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday. Ramos has been electric since his call-up in early May, slashing .307/.382/.553 with 17 runs, 10 homers, and 35 RBI in just 150 at-bats. He has worked his way into an integral spot at the top of the Giants lineup and is unlikely to be moved out of that spot if he can keep hitting well. Selling high could be an option for fantasy managers, but his underlying metrics are excellent and outfield is a weak position, so hanging onto him and hoping this is who Ramos truly is could be the best option.
San Francisco Giants outfielder Heliot Ramos had a big game in a 4-3 loss to the Los Angeles Angels on Saturday. Ramos went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a homer, and three RBI to provide all of the Giants' offense in the loss. The speedy outfielder hit a two-run homer in the first inning and added an RBI double in the fifth to complete the scoring for San Francisco. Ramos is putting together an excellent season for the Giants, hitting .325 with seven doubles, eight homers, 15 runs, 30 RBI, and one stolen base across 126 at-bats. He has been red-hot at the plate over his past 15 games, hitting .386 with six homers and 18 RBI over that span. Ramos should be owned in all fantasy leagues while he is seeing the ball well at the plate.
San Francisco Giants outfielder Heliot Ramos was busy in Wednesday's win over the division-rival Arizona Diamondbacks, reaching base safely six times and hitting his fifth home run of the year. Ramos walked four times on Wednesday, also tagging struggling D-backs left-hander Jordan Montgomery for a two-run homer to center field to give the Giants a 2-1 lead in the third inning. The 24-year-old former first-round pick has carved out a significant role in San Fran's outfield and is worth a look in all fantasy leagues while he's running this hot. Over 26 games this season, Ramos is slashing a potent .304/.407/.511 with five long balls, four doubles, 19 RBI, and one stolen base.
San Francisco Giants outfielder Heliot Ramos stayed hot in his team's 4-2 loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday. Ramos went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in the losing effort, with his blast traveling 420 feet with an exit velocity of 105.8 MPH. The 24-year-old is off to a nice start for the Giants in 2024, hitting .295 with four homers, 10 runs, 17 RBI, and one steal across 88 at-bats. He's been swinging a hot bat of late, hitting .346 with two homers over his past seven contests. Ramos is worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues moving forward.
