He has been especially hot of late, with a .333 average, two homers, and eight RBI over his past seven games. Torres should be locked into fantasy lineups while he's on a hot streak at the plate.

The Venezuela native has been solid in his first stint with Detroit, batting .292 with three home runs, four steals, 14 RBI, and 12 runs scored in 18 games. Aside from his average -- which would be the highest of his career if it holds -- Torres is sporting a minuscule 8.0% strikeout rate, placing him in the 98th percentile of all major-league hitters. A change of scenery has boded well for the 28-year-old.

Colt Keith shifts to second base and is hitting fifth, while Tomas Nido is doing the catching for rookie right-hander Jackson Jobe and is hitting ninth against Twins right-hander Chris Paddack. Spencer Torkelson is at first base and is batting third. With Jake Rogers (oblique) out at least a month, Dingler has become Detroit's primary backstop. Nido is hitless in three career at-bats against Paddack and should be avoided in DFS.
