Washington Nationals starting pitcher Mitchell Parker looked impressive on the mound during Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies. Parker went 6 1/3 scoreless innings while allowing seven hits and striking out five batters in the win. The 25-year-old was excellent on the mound at home last year, but Parker got crushed whenever he was on the road. The hope is that Parker can take a step forward this season. His next start is against the Arizona Diamondbacks at home next weekend. Parker could be worth a look as a streaming option given he posted a 2.65 ERA at home in 2024.

Kansas City Royals second baseman Jonathan India (head) was struck in the head by a pitch in the ninth inning of Sunday's game against the Guardians. The initial belief is that the injury is non-concussive, but he will be evaluated further in the coming days, reports Anne Rogers of MLB.com. Thankfully, it appears that India has avoided a serious injury. He's done his job so far as the Royals' leadoff hitter through the first three games, posting a .429 OBP. He figures to be a useful middle infield option for fantasy once he returns to the field.

Boston Red Sox outfielder Wilyer Abreu doubled and drew three walks in Sunday's 2-3 loss to the Rangers. This is another good game to add to the youngster's resume, who already started the season with a two-homer performance on Opening Day. He showed some promise in 2024 by slashing .253/.322/.459 with 15 homers and eight steals in 132 games and seems to be taking a step forward in 2025. This didn't come out of nowhere, as the 50.5% hard-hit rate he posted last season ranked in the 94th percentile. He's worth streaming off of the waiver wire as a hot-hand play, with the potential to stick on your team all year if he doesn't slow down.

New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge continued his torrid stretch at the plate, hitting a two-run home run and drawing three walks in a 12-3 win over the Brewers. This is right on the heels of a three-homer performance on Saturday, and he's now slashing .545/.643/1.818 through three games. He was already known to be one of the best hitters in baseball, but he is still managing to blow everyone's expectations out of the water. He is battling with a select few other players to be the first overall pick in 2026 fantasy drafts.

New York Yankees second baseman Jazz Chisholm had a huge day at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two home runs and five RBI in Sunday's 12-3 victory over the Brewers. This brings his home run total to three for the season, and he seems to be picking up right where he left off from 2024. He tallied 11 homers and 18 steals in 46 games after joining New York last season and is a legitimate 40-40 threat if he can stay healthy all year. He'll need a couple more games played before gaining second base eligibility for fantasy, but he has a good chance to dethrone Ketel Marte for the top spot at the position once he does.
