2024 Team Stats

Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (head) is back in the starting lineup ahead of Sunday's game against the Chicago White Sox. Kepler was held out of the lineup for a few games after getting hit in the head earlier in the week. Kepler was able to come off the bench and play during Saturday's game. Now, Kepler will fifth and play right field versus right-hander Chris Flexen on Sunday. Fantasy managers can go ahead and get Kepler back in their lineups ahead of first pitch.

Minnesota Twins catcher Ryan Jeffers homered Saturday in a 6-2 win over the Chicago White Sox. Jeffers hit his 16th homer in the second inning off ace Garrett Crochet. The veteran backstop is now hitting .233 with 16 home runs, 51 RBI, three stolen bases and 40 runs scored. Jeffers has homered in two of his last three games for the Twins and should continue to see regular at-bats for a team fighting for a playoff spot in the AL Central.

Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober struck out seven in a 6-2 win over the Chicago White Sox Saturday night. Ober went seven strong innings, surrendering two runs on two hits. This season, the veteran is 11-5 with a 3.69 ERA, a 0.99 WHIP, and 125 strikeouts in 120 innings. Ober is now 5-1 with a 2.02 ERA, a 0.67 WHIP, and 55 strikeouts in 49 innings in his last seven starts, continuing an impressive run for the tall right-hander.

Minnesota Twins DH Royce Lewis had a big night in his team's 10-2 win over the Chicago White Sox on Friday. Lewis went 2-for-4 with a double, a homer, a walk, and four RBI to help power the Twins to the win. The young slugger kicked off the scoring with a two-run homer in the first inning on a blast that traveled 409 feet with an exit velocity of 105.7 MPH. He later came back and added a two-run double in the fourth inning. Lewis is now hitting .286 with eight doubles, 12 homers, 21 runs, and 25 RBI across 112 at-bats this season. He has done that in just 31 games thanks to two separate stints on the injured list. Fantasy gamers and Twins fans will hope for a clean bill of health over the final two months of the season.

Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (head) remains out of the starting lineup ahead of Friday's game against the Chicago White Sox. Kepler was removed from Wednesday's game after getting hit in the head. For now, Kepler is being considered as day-to-day, but it wouldn't be shocking to see him land on the injured list. Matt Wallner will cover right field and bat fifth versus right-hander Davis Martin on Friday. Fantasy managers who have Kepler rostered will have to wait at least one more game.
