Best MLB Moneyline Bet Today

Chicago White Sox Moneyline

(+143, BetRivers)

Aaron Judge looks like he might land on the IL this week. At the very least he is going to miss a few more games. Judge already did one stint on the IL this season, and the Yankees struggled to a 4-6 record without him. This is one reason I like the White Sox here. The other reason is they do have one of their better pitchers on the mound in Lucas Giolito. He has not been great, but he has been solid and is facing a very weak Yankees lineup. On top of that the Yankees are throwing Clarke Schmidt. The good news is Schmidt at least has stretched put to get 5 or more innings in his recent starts. The bad news is that he has not pitched great on the year. He has been better in his last couple starts, with the exception of that Tampa Bay game when he got lit up for 7 runs. I would not expect a team with just an 81 wRC+ score like the White Sox have against RHP in 2023 to rock Schmidt, but I also would not expect the Yanks to put up a lot of offense without Judge. That is why on top of the White Sox money line, I also really like the Under in this game. I had a bigger edge on the moneyline, but both bets will likely end up on my card.
