The New York Jets have added another wide receiver in free agency, signing ex-Jaguars WR Keelan Cole to a one-year deal, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Analysis: Cole joins the Jets as their likely WR4, but he could emerge as their WR3 if the team parts ways with Jamison Crowder (a move that would save $10 million in cap space). The Jets have refreshed their WR corps by adding Corey Davis and Cole to pair with second-year (and potential breakout candidate) Denzel Mims and Crowder. Cole produced a respectable 55-642-5 line in Jacksonville last year, but it’s nothing that registers on the fantasy radar. Davis and Mims and locked into the top two spots for the Jets, and Cole’s arrival is no threat to either Mims’ breakout potential for Davis’ role as the presumptive WR1. Cole doesn’t need to be on your board on draft day, but he could become an end-of-bench stash if Crowder is released or traded.
