The Tennessee Titans announced on Wednesday that they signed free-agent quarterback Tim Boyle to an undisclosed deal. Boyle will provide depth in the QB room in Tennessee behind Will Levis and Brandon Allen. However, with the Titans fully expected to take a rookie signal-caller in this year's draft -- signs are pointing toward it being Cam Ward at No. 1 overall -- Boyle won't be a lock to stick around with Tennessee into the 2025 regular season. The 30-year-old veteran will be joining his seventh NFL team after already playing with the Packers, Lions, Bears, Jets, Dolphins and Giants. He spent last year with the Dolphins and Giants, going 27-for-50 for 276 yards, one touchdown and an interception in three games (no starts). Boyle has a 60.5 career completion percentage with five touchdown passes and 13 interceptions in 23 career games (five starts) over six seasons.

The Tennessee Titans announced on Wednesday that they signed free-agent wide receiver James Proche II to an undisclosed deal. Proche will head to the AFC South after spending the last two seasons playing for the Cleveland Browns, where he had only three receptions on eight targets for 21 yards and no touchdowns in 19 games played (one start). The 28-year-old former sixth-round pick (201st overall) by the Baltimore Ravens in 2020 out of SMU has mostly specialized as a kick returner on special teams in his career, returning 68 punts for 591 yards and four kickoffs for 60 yards in his five NFL seasons. Expect Proche to compete for kick-return duties in Tennessee this summer in training camp. In 62 total games played, Proche has 28 receptions for 299 yards and no touchdowns on 48 targets on offense, so he won't suddenly become fantasy relevant in Tennessee.

The Tennessee Titans signed former New England Patriots and Washington Commanders kicker Joey Slye to an undisclosed deal on Monday, according to agent Glenn Schwartzman. Slye signed with the Patriots last year and beat out Chad Ryland for kicking duties. The 28-year-old then went 26-for-33 on his field-goal attempts (6-for-9 from 50-plus yards) and 25-for-26 on his extra-point tries in 17 games played. The Titans will be the sixth team that Slye has kicked for in his NFL career after going undrafted out of Virginia Tech in 2018. He has a career 81.7 percent success rate on his field-goal attempts in 95 games played. He's currently the only kicker on Tennessee's roster, but it wouldn't be a surprise for the Titans to bring in competition for training camp this summer. Slye is unlikely to be much of a fantasy option in 12-team leagues this fall.
