Cameron Johnson DVOA, Advanced Stats, & Fantasy Rankings

Brooklyn Nets forward Cameron Johnson (ankle) will play against the Wizards on Wednesday night. He has had the best year of his career. However, an ankle injury has kept him off the floor for Brooklyn's previous six games. With that in mind, Johnson is a must-start in all fantasy setups. But his presence could mean less production from Ziaire Williams, Keon Johnson, and Tosan Evbuomwan.

However, Johnson's return appears to be close, as he went through most of Monday's practice. Tuesday marks the start of a back-to-back for Brooklyn, so it's possible Johnson will be welcomed back into the lineup on Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. With that said, the trade deadline is approaching, and Johnson may have played his last game as a Net. Since Cam Thomas (hamstring) also remains sidelined, Ziaire Williams and Jalen Wilson have increased offensive responsibilities.

Brooklyn Nets forward Cameron Johnson (ankle) won't play on Wednesday against Charlotte. The former Sun missed just two of Brooklyn's 34 games to begin the 2024-25 campaign. However, he's played only three times in the Nets' previous 13 contests. As expected, Johnson is being mentioned in trade rumors, so it's anyone's guess if he'll ever suit up for the team ever again. With that said, Noah Clowney (ankle) isn't available, meaning Jalen Wilson, Ziaire Williams, and Tosan Evbuomwan could be spending plenty of time at the three and four spots. All three players have value for fantasy managers, especially with a favorable matchup with the Hornets on tap. Still, none of them have been consistent from a production standpoint.
