TopProp FTNFantasy League – Week 7

TopProp Fantasy Sports is officially live, bringing you a new way to wager on fantasy football. Are you confident that you have the best team in your league? Great, bet on it. Are you confident that your leaguemate Bob is going to blow John out of the water this week? Great, bet on it.

Put down your group chat where you talk trash and put your money where your mouth is. That’s what TopProp gives you the ability to do. It also gives you the ability to wager on “Expert” leagues. These can be leagues made up of your favorite fantasy football analysts, industry experts, or anyone else that you simply want to wager on. One of those leagues is made up of our experts here at FTN.

Each week, I will provide you with an update on the TopProp FTN Expert League, highlighting a key matchup to wager on, recapping the last week, and reviewing the current standings of the league.

Week 6 Recap | TopProp FTN Expert League

Week 6 was another week full of lopsided victories, as the bye weeks began to damage the upside of many teams in the league given how deep the rosters are. Below is a snapshot of the results from Week 6:

In what was actually one of the tighter matchups of the week, Week 6’s matchup of the week between Kevin Adams and Nelson Sousa was a high-scoring affair.

Sousa got some nice games out of his receivers, Tyreek Hill, DeAndre Hopkins and Antonio Brown, but it wasn’t enough to overcome a ceiling game from Leonard Fournette and consistent production across the board for the FTN CEO.

Looking ahead to Week 7, we have another exciting matchup of the week.

Week 7 Matchup of the Week | TopProp FTN Expert League

With so many projected blowouts on tap once again in Week 7, the matchup that sticks out the most is a game projected within 10 points between Chris Meaney and Nelson Sousa.

This matchup features elite receivers in Tyreek Hill, DeAndre Hopkins, Terry McLaurin, Mike Evans and A.J. Brown, all of whom should be looked at as key pieces in this matchup.

TopProp has this game as a bit more lopsided than the host site, giving a 12-point spread in favor of Sousa, who’s looking to bounce back after dropping Week 6 to Adams. If Meaney can get ceiling games out of some of his receivers, he may have a shot, but is it worth backing him with a 12-point favor regardless?
