TopProp Fantasy Sports is officially live, bringing you a new way to wager on fantasy football. Are you confident that you have the best team in your league? Great, bet on it. Are you confident that your league mate Bob is going to blow John out of the water this week? Great, bet on it.

Put down your group chat where you talk trash and put your money where your mouth is. That’s what TopProp gives you the ability to do. It also gives you the ability to wager on “Expert” leagues. These can be leagues made up of your favorite fantasy football analysts, industry experts, or anyone else you simply want to wager on. One of those leagues is made up of our experts here at FTN.

Each week, I will provide you with an update on the TopProp FTN Expert League, highlighting a key matchup to wager on, recapping the last week, and reviewing the current standings of the league.

Additionally, their recent launch of Battleground allows users to face off head-to-head in player-prop contests with pre-populated spreads set on their fantasy-point matchups. I will also provide two contests that I am eyeing for Week 17 on Battlegrounds and which way I lean.

My first matchup features an under-projected wideout in Detroit who has taken the NFL by storm over the last few weeks, versus the WR1b in Dallas. Coming in as the one-point underdog, Amon-Ra St. Brown has logged at least 11 targets in four straight games, averaging nearly nine catches per game with a trio of touchdowns over that span. In an exploitable matchup, I’ll take the volume that St. Brown offers relative to the boom-or-bust prospects that Amari Cooper provides.

My second matchup features a running back forced into a workhorse role pitted against a running back (Josh Jacobs) that’s operated like a workhorse for the majority of the season.

While Indianapolis has a beatable run defense, the real way to attack them is deep down the field, so we could see Jacobs’ workload scaled back. On the contrary, Ronald Jones saw 22 touches on 23 opportunities last game with Leonard Fournette out and should be viewed as the primary offensive threat once again in a game where he could be operating with a positive game script from start to finish.

Week 17 Preview | TopProp FTN Expert League

The finals of the FTN TopProp Expert League are shaking out exactly as we expected, with the dominant Gilles Gallant taking on the scorching Daniel Kelley.

If you wanted an entertaining finish, you came to the right place. Projected to finish only two points apart, the amount of offense these teams possess is remarkable. With Jonathan Taylor and Austin Ekeler leading his team, Kelley clocks in as the slight favorite, but Gilles’ wideout duo of Cooper Kupp and Deebo Samuel should be able to put up a valiant effort. If I was a betting man (shocker, I am), I would throw my stake into Kelley’s team, as it’s hard to find a hotter team in any fantasy league than what he’s done over the last two months.

Only one will be standing at the end and crowned as FTN’s most intelligent fantasy football expert. Looking to get in on the action? Click here to sign up for TopProp and start wagering on the FTN Expert League.
