The FanDuel SportsBook has a ton of props listed for this Sunday, and with that many on the board, some of them are bound to be a little off. Using the FTN Prop Shop, I scoured my favorite plays of the week to find which ones are good values at FanDuel.
I came up with a few very interesting plays for Week 5 of NFL action.
My three favorite prop bets at FanDuel for NFL Week 5
Here are three bets I’m targeting in Week 4 on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Cordarrelle Patterson should keep the hot start going
Over 43.5 receiving yards, -114
The run game in Atlanta is not producing, which allowed Cordarrelle Patterson time at the RB spot. He has caught passes out of the backfield and produced big numbers, despite playing limited snaps. Calvin Ridley did not make the trip to England with the team for the Jets game Sunday, which also opens up potential snaps at the WR spot for a guy the Falcons need to get on the field more. Patterson makes plays, something very few other Falcons can do. This line was lower earlier in the week when our Matthew Freedman first posted it to the Bet Tracker, but jumped a few yards after the Ridley news. I still like it here and would play it up to the high 40s if it continues to climb.
C.J. Uzomah’s scoring roll continues
Anytime TD, +300
C.J. Uzomah had a monster game last week, finding the end zone twice. Do I think that happens again? Absolutely not. But at the same time, I think the +300 is a little too rich for him to find it once. That implies Uzomah has a 25% chance to score a TD. This number is +290 on BetMGM and as low as +275 on PointsBet, so the FD payout is the best. Given that I expect the Bengals to be trailing here and the run game is less than 100% with Mixon banged up, it feels like a good bet to see the Bengals go pass heavy and Uzomah proved he is a weapon they can rely on, especially down near the red zone.
DeVante Parker should have a successful receiving day
Over 52.5 receiving yards, -114
I like both DeVanter Parker and Jaylen Waddle for extra work this week, as Will Fuller is out and the gamescript does skew pass heavy for them. I like Parker on FD, because the 52.5 is the lowest number for his receiving prop of any book available. This number is 53.5 or 54.5 elsewhere and even juiced up to -115 to -120 on some of those other books. Our own Eliot Crist is also on this one, so check out his explanation in his video on the top three props of Week 5 here.
