Washington Commanders kickers Zane Gonzalez (foot, personal) and Greg Joseph (personal) both missed practice on Wednesday. Head coach Dan Quinn noted that, in an unlikely twist, both Gonzalez and Joseph are away from the team as they welcome newborns to their respective families. The former has been sidelined since Week 13 due to a foot injury, and it's too early to tell whether he'll return to action this Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. If Gonzalez is forced to miss a second consecutive game, Washington would promote Joseph from the practice squad to kick in his absence.

Washington Commanders center Tyler Biadasz (illness) and kicker Zane Gonzalez (left foot) are both inactive for Week 15 against the New Orleans Saints. Biadasz did not appear on the injury report, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Sunday morning that Biadasz was fighting an illness and faced an uphill battle to play. In the end, he's inactive, leaving Michael Deiter in line to start at center. Meanwhile, Gonzalez had been listed as questionable after logging two full practices to end the week. He has been filling in for the injured Austin Seibert (groin), going 3-for-5 on field goals and 10-for-10 on extra points through three games. With Gonzalez sidelined, GregJoseph will step up as Washington's kicker. The 30-year-old missed three field goals earlier in the year with the New York Jets, but he's still an appealing fantasy option given the frequency at which the Commanders score.

Washington Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez (foot) is off the injury report and will once again operate as the kicker for the Commanders. This weekend, he will face the New Orleans Saints, who have allowed the 16th-most PPR points to opposing kickers, and he'll be a viable streaming option in deeper formats. Over his past three games, Gonzalez has gone 3-for-5 on field goals and 10-for-10 on extra points. Gonzalez has replaced Austin Seibert (groin), who is currently on the Injured Reserve. While Gonzalez has struggled at times filling in for Siebert, playing on a high-octane offense makes Gonzalez a viable streaming option in deeper formats in Week 15. Fantasy managers in 12-team formats looking for a kicker should consider adding Gonzalez off the waiver wire.
