The snowy weather conditions in Foxborough did no favors for either team's passing attack as Siemian and Patriots signal-caller Bailey Zappe combined for just 158 yards through the air. Nonetheless, Siemian avoided turning the ball over and led New York on four scoring drives. The 32-year-old will conclude the campaign going 2-1 as a starter and will hope to reprise a role as a backup next season.

Siemian has been mostly ineffective over the past three weeks, tossing two touchdowns and four interceptions while leading the Jets to one victory. The 32-year-old is sure to be tested in Foxborough on Sunday as the Patriots have surrendered the 13th-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. New York's offense as a whole has been difficult to trust throughout the campaign and Siemian's play has not inspired confidence. Fantasy managers would be wise to avoid Siemian and opt for one of the many other backup quarterbacks starting this weekend.
