The return of Conley gives this team depth with Brandon Aiyuk (knee) done for the season. Conley hasn't done much this season and is unlikely to contribute right now with this offense mostly healthy.

Conley is making his return after missing the Week 5 loss to the division-rival Arizona Cardinals. The 31-year-old veteran has caught only one pass on three targets for a four-yard gain in four games played in 2024. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore Conley as he serves as receiver depth in San Francisco. Conley's return in Week 6 could mean less opportunities for rookie Jacob Cowing and Ronnie Bell.
