After a stunning Week 1 breakout win against the Atlanta Falcons, the Philadelphia Eagles crashed down to Earth in Week 2. San Francisco neutralized an offense capable of finding big plays out of nowhere. Some of this was self-inflicted by Philadelphia’s youth across the roster and coaching staff.
The key for the Eagles is to not let this snowball. With a tough road battle in Dallas on Monday Night Football coming up, Jalen Hurts and this offense must find a reliable identity. Nick Sirriani won’t have the entire offseason to gameplan as well as he did for Week 1 so we’re about to learn a little bit more on the rookie head coach soon.
