You never want to fall to 0-3 in the NFL, but that is exactly what happened to the Colts in Week 3. After practicing in a limited fashion and heading into the game questionable, Carson Wentz was able to suit up for the Colts.
Unfortunately, despite having Wentz to lead the offense, the team struggled to move the ball. After averaging 34 points per game against, the Titans defense held the Colts to just 16 points, including just six on two field goals in the second half.
Since 1980, only six teams that started 0-3 have ever made the playoffs. That is just 3.4% of teams. Clearly, the Colts have some work to do to get moving in the right direction, and they hope to start the turnaround in Week 4 against the 1-2 Miami Dolphins.
