Fantasy Football Trade Value Chart – Week 1

Share

Welcome to FTN’s Week 1 fantasy football trade value chart, where we provide you with relative values for every relevant fantasy player for the rest of the season to help you make a trade.

The trade value chart is based on a 12-team league that starts 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE and 1 flex. We have provided values for both standard and PPR formats, and we’ll also show week-over-week changes for every player as the season progresses.

If you’re looking to make your team better, you have two options: The waiver wire or trades. Good waiver wire moves can lead to big swings for your team, but solid trading is a great way to get incrementally better and shore up weaknesses.

A few notes on the chart:

  • Now could be the time to take a stand on some of the bigger names that are depressed in value, namely Saquon Barkley and Ezekiel Elliott. These players still rank in the top 12 in terms of value, but they have top-five value. There’s risk, of course, but players of this caliber are rarely on discount.
  • Speaking of discounted stars, Michael Thomas has almost no trade value right now. If you own him, there’s really not much reason to trade him away unless you get a Tier 1 player that is not hurt. He can just sit in your IR spot.
  • Travis Kelce is a beast, especially in PPR leagues. The positional value and dominance is not to be overlooked. He’s a fantasy WR1 and TE1.
  • Some of the rookies lower on the chart I expect to see a rise in value over time: Jaylen Waddle, Elijah Moore, Terrace Marshall and Rhamondre Stevenson.

Check out the full chart below. Please remember that these values are meant to serve as guidelines, and it’s best to treat them with a measure of flexibility.
