Every Monday during the NFL season, the Injury Report goes through the injuries around the NFL position-by-position as they relate to your season-long fantasy football teams.

Friday Update

Chiefs WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling is off the injury report for Week 11. Valdes-Scantling and the newly acquired Kadarius Toney figure to do the heavy lifting for Kansas City at receiver with JuJu Smith-Schuster ruled out with a concussion and Mecole Hardman on injured reserve.

Cardinals QB Kyler Murray will be a game-time decision this week. Colt McCoy will start again if Murray can’t suit up.

Ravens RB Gus Edwards is listed as questionable. Kenyan Drake would be the lead back in Baltimore if Edwards can’t suit up.

Ravens TE Mark Andrews will be a game time decision. Isaiah Likely has filled in very nicely at times this season without Andrews in the lineup and that scenario could arise once again this week.

Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy wasn’t seen at the open portion of practice Friday. If Jeudy is out, Kendall Hinton will be the WR2 for Denver again this week.

Original Injury Run

Running Back

Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette left Sunday morning’s game against the Seahawks in the second half with a hip injury. Rachaad White started the game for Tampa Bay and handled even more work in the second half without Fournette. The Bucs have their bye week in Week 11, so we’ll have to see if Fournette can get back on the practice field next week.

Bears running back Khalil Herbert also injured his hip Sunday. Herbert was injured in the fourth quarter, and like Fournette didn’t return to the field. He still out-carried fellow running back David Montgomery 10-9, though Justin Fields led Chicago in rushing attempts with 13. Chicago has a matchup with the worst defense in the league in Atlanta next week, so even with Herbert splitting carries he’ll have value if he can suit up next week.

Wide Receiver

Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp suffered an ankle injury and didn’t return during Sunday’s game against the Cardinals. Kupp is said to have avoided the worst-case scenario but could still miss some time. Head coach Sean McVay said it didn’t look good. Kupp had 2.9 PPR points in this game prior to the injury, though it was a tough matchup against the Cardinals’ stout secondary without starting quarterback Matthew Stafford

Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster left Sunday’s game against the Jaguars with a concussion. He’ll have to pass the league’s concussion protocol if he’s going to suit up in Week 11 when Kansas City plays the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday Night Football.

Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy strained a muscle behind his ankle, according to Ian Rappoport. Jeudy was carted off the field, and there was speculation that he tore his Achilles tendon, but he seems to have avoided that. Jeudy’s MRI on Monday will tell us how long he’s going to be out.

Tight End

Cardinals tight end Zach Ertz will miss multiple weeks with a knee injury, according to Adam Schefter. With Ertz out, Rondale Moore’s role should continue to grow in this offense. Arizona also has Trey McBride, the first tight end selected in the 2021 NFL Draft, to fill in while Ertz is out.
