Lamar Jackson Limited In Thursday's Practice

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (knee, rest) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice while being rested due to a minor knee injury. There's really nothing to see here. Jackson will be just fine for a big divisional contest this Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a team he has struggled against in his career. The 27-year-old is coming off a 290-yard, four-touchdown performance in the one-point win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals last Thursday night. Jackson is currently the front-runner for a second straight MVP award and is the QB1 in overall fantasy scoring through 10 weeks. In his last four games, Jackson has thrown 14 touchdowns and no interceptions, and he's had three games with at least four touchdown passes. The matchup isn't great against Pittsburgh, but Jackson needs to be locked into all fantasy lineups in Week 11.

Lamar Jackson Hasn't Fared Well Against Steelers

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is 1-3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens' Week 11 opponent, and 17-5 against the other AFC North teams. The Steelers are the only team against which Jackson has thrown more interceptions (seven) than touchdowns (four). Pittsburgh has won seven of its last eight meetings against the Ravens. Despite the poor showings against the division rival, Jackson is leading a Ravens offense that ranks first in total yards (440.2) and points (31.8), making him the front-runner to win the MVP award for the second straight year. He has thrown 22 touchdowns and one interception in his last eight games. The 27-year-old is relying more on his arm than his legs and leads all QBs in fantasy points. However, he could be in for another subpar day (by his standards) this Sunday, as Pittsburgh has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs in 2024.

Isaiah Likely Returns To Practice On Wednesday

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely (hamstring) is at practice on Wednesday after missing each of the last four practices and the Week 10 game against the Cincinnati Bengals with a hamstring injury. It's early in the week, so fantasy managers should monitor his official status on the injury report all week leading up to the Week 11 contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Likely kicked off the 2024 season with a bang, catching nine passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. However, he has been the TE30 in half-PPR formats since that game, averaging just 4.4 half-PPR fantasy points per game. He is not on the fantasy radar for now, but his return to the lineup could have a slight negative impact on Mark Andrews.UPDATE: Likely was officially limited in Wednesday's practice.

Isaiah Likely Not At Tuesday's Practice

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely (hamstring) was not spotted at Tuesday's practice, according to Ravens team reporter Jamison Hensley. The 24-year-old did not practice at all last week due to a hamstring injury and could be trending toward missing the Week 11 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, teams playing on Sunday are not required to release injury reports until Wednesday, so it's early in the week and too early to tell if he could be available. Likely opened the 2024 season with a nine-catch performance, but he has caught four or fewer passes in all other games this year. He is beginning to fall off the fantasy football radar, and if he doesn't play in Week 11, Mark Andrews will continue to have a better chance to produce fantasy-friendly numbers.

Keaton Mitchell's Role Could Expand

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that running back Keaton Mitchell's role in the offense could expand moving forward. "I do see a little bit of a three-headed monster there," Harbaugh said of the team's backfield that also includes the NFL's leading rusher in Derrick Henry and pass-catching specialist Justice Hill. Mitchell finally recovered from a torn ACL that he suffered in his rookie season in 2023 to make his season debut in last Thursday night's one-point win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals, but the 22-year-old wasn't involved much, seeing two snaps on offense. He averaged 8.4 yards per carry and 10.3 yards per catch in eight games last year and has enough explosive abilities as a ball-carrier to warrant a bench stash in fantasy leagues down the stretch, especially if you also have Henry rostered.
