Justice Hill A Fringe Flex Option Vs. Steelers

Now that Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (personal) is slated to play in Week 16 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, he can be considered a fringe flex option for fantasy managers in PPR formats. The veteran back hasn't done much as a change-of-pace rusher behind starter Derrick Henry, but he has been an effective receiver by drawing 50 targets and turning them into 42 catches and three touchdowns on the year. The Steelers rank ninth against fantasy running backs, though Hill logged a top-30 finish among running backs in the first meeting with Pittsburgh. He's a low-ceiling option, but his receiving floor makes him playable, especially in formats with more than one flex spot.

DeAndre Hopkins To Face Texans In Week 16

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will face the Houston Texans on Saturday in Week 16. Hopkins had five catches for 36 yards in last week's win over the Cleveland Browns. The 32-year-old has been consistently involved in the Kansas City offense due to his reliability and route-running. Hopkins will look to stay involved this week against the Texans, who rank 24th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season. Although the matchup is juicy, Hopkins must contend with Marquise Brown returning from injury this week. The veteran receiver is ranked WR37 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, putting him in the WR3/Flex range this week. With numerous available pass catchers in the Kansas City offense, it will be difficult for Hopkins to receive a large workload. Hopkins is a tough player for managers to trust in the fantasy playoffs.

Justin Tucker Not A Great Start In Week 16

Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker hasn't finished in the top 12 since Week 9 when he came in as the K4 on the week. In fact, he has more finishes outside of the top 12 than he does inside. During Week 15's blowout win, Tucker made five extra points, and that was the extent of his fantasy outing. The Ravens take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 16 who give up the second-fewest fantasy points to opposing kickers. The last time these two teams played, Tucker registered six fantasy points for a K18 finish. There are better kickers out there for the fantasy playoffs right now.

Mark Andrews Still A TE1 Consideration In Week 16

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is the TE6 overall and TE8 in terms of fantasy points per game this season. He's tied for the most amount of touchdowns for the position with George Kittle and there's a chance that the receiving corps is thin with Rashod Bateman (foot) and Nelson Agholor (concussion) both questionable. That could lead to some more targets for Andrews who only saw three against the Steelers in Week 11. He has scored in each of the three games since then, and should be considered a TE1 with his role in the offense, especially if any of the wideouts have to miss this game.

Zay Flowers Holds WR2 Potential Against Steelers In Week 16

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has posted some disappointing fantasy outings over his last few games. In half-PPR formats, he hasn't scored more than nine points in any of his last three matchups. He did, however, finish as a WR2 in their last game against the Pittsburgh Steelers when he found the end zone despite catching only two throws. With Rashod Bateman (foot) and Nelson Agholor (concussion) listed as questionable, there's a chance that Flowers could be the only normal starter in the receiving corps. His volume of targets should remain high which brings his ceiling to a high-end WR2.
