Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (rest) will exit the lineup on Thursday against the Portland Trail Blazers. This is a scheduled rest day for Poeltl, who has sat out every other game over the last four weeks. Poeltl's absence elevates the fantasy value of Orlando Robinson and Jonathan Mogbo. In the most recent game Poeltl missed, both players had productive outings. In a 127-109 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, Robinson notched 13 points with four rebounds, four assists, one block, and one steal, while Mogbo finished with 13 points, five rebounds, three assists, one block, and one steal.

Toronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (rest) will not play on Tuesday against the Chicago Bulls. He will come out of the lineup for the second time in three games for rest purposes. RJ Barrett (rest) also won't play against Chicago, which leaves plenty of additional minutes available for Ja'Kobe Walter, Jamison Battle, and A.J. Lawson. Among the three, Walter has been the most consistent performer, averaging 13.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.2 steals over his past six outings.

Toronto Raptors guard/forward RJ Barrett (rest) will not be in the lineup for Tuesday's clash against the Chicago Bulls. He is getting the night off to rest as Toronto continues using Barrett in only every other game. Jamison Battle has filled in as a starter when Barrett has not been in the lineup, and he will likely rejoin the first unit again on Tuesday. Due to 31.7 percent shooting, Battle has been limited to 9.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game in a starting role.

Toronto Raptors point guard Immanuel Quickley (rest) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Tuesday's encounter with the Chicago Bulls. The former Knick has received regular rest days recently and was held out of action when the Raptors visited the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. Jamal Shead started instead of Quickley and had a good two-way outing with 11 points, nine assists, three steals, and one block. Shead is set to drop back to the bench on Tuesday, but he could become a fantasy target again for Thursday night against the Portland Trail Blazers when Quickley is likely to come out of the lineup once more for rest purposes.

Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (rest) is expected to return to action on Tuesday against the Chicago Bulls, as the team has not listed him on the injury report. Since March 7, Poeltl has been rested for every other game, and he again had the night off when Toronto faced the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. While on the court, Poeltl has dominated, averaging 20.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks in 26.1 minutes over his past four appearances. His presence in the lineup limits the fantasy potential of Orlando Robinson and Jonathan Mogbo.
