Toronto Raptors forward/center Kelly Olynyk (calf) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. He has missed a pair of games with right calf tightness. With Olynyk sidelined, Orlando Robinson has stepped into the backup center role. Chris Boucher is also in a position to benefit. He had one of his best games of the season with Olynyk out on Saturday against the Atlanta Hawks, scoring 23 points. Ahead of Wednesday's matchup, Boucher has finished with double-digit points in three consecutive games while averaging 3.7 rebounds over that span.
Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley (hip) will remain out on Wednesday against the Washington Wizards, missing an eighth consecutive game. He continues to recover from a left hip strain. Davion Mitchell will continue to start in Quickley's place. The 26-year-old has not delivered consistent fantasy value, averaging 7.9 points and 5.6 assists in a starting role this season. Jamal Shead will continue to provide backup at the point guard position until Quickley returns. His next chance for a comeback will be on Friday against the Chicago Bulls.
Toronto Raptors guard/forward Ochai Agbaji (hand) will rejoin the action on Monday against the New Orleans Pelicans. He has recovered from an injury to his shooting hand, which kept Agbaji on the sidelines for four games. Agbaji has fallen off the fantasy radar recently, but he still boasts some solid numbers for the season, with averages of 10.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.7 assists. Bruce Brown, who has been productive recently, might lose playing time to Agbaji.
Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (back) is good to go for Monday's meeting with the New Orleans Pelicans. The Austrian big man has been experiencing lower back stiffness and initially carried a questionable tag on the injury report, but Toronto has upgraded him to available. Poeltl gets a juicy matchup on Monday against a team that allows the fourth-most fantasy points in the league to opposing fives. The Raptors big man might have a chip on his shoulder as well Monday night, as he only managed two points in this season's first clash against the Pelicans.
Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports thatToronto Raptors centerKelly Olynyk(calf) is out for Monday's matchup with the New Orleans Pelicans. Olynyk will be out of action for the second straight game due to right calf tightness. The 33-year-old has played in just 21 games this season, and his next opportunity to suit up is on Wednesday versus Washington. Orlando Robinson and Chris Boucher should see an uptick in extra minutes while Olynyk is out.
