Gary Harris Won't Play On Wednesday

Orlando Magic guard/forward Gary Harris (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Washington. Heading into Wednesday, Harris was listed as questionable for the game after playing 22 minutes in Tuesday's matchup against Charlotte, but he has now been officially ruled out. The veteran is dealing with a right calf strain, and the team is giving him some extra rest. Cole Anthony and Anthony Black should be the biggest beneficiaries of Harris' absence in a very favorable matchup against a poor defensive team.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Trending In The Right Direction

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (Achilles) is still listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors, but he was on the floor after shootaround this morning putting up shots and reportedly looked to be in a good mood. After cutting his pregame routine short ahead of Monday's victory over the Los Angeles Clippers and missing the contest due to left Achilles tendinitis, Antetokounmpo appears to have a good chance at keeping his absence to a one-game minimum. Fantasy managers should deem him closer to probable than questionable against the Warriors, but the Bucks may not reveal the Greek Freak's official game status until closer to the 10:00 p.m. EST tip-off. That makes Antetokounmpo a risky DFS gamble where late swap may be unavailable.

Tyler Herro, Kevin Love Won’t Travel On Road Trip

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (foot) and center Kevin Love (heel) are not traveling on the team's current two-game road trip for Thursday against the Dallas Mavericks and Friday versus the Oklahoma City Thunder. It rules Herro and Love out until Sunday's matchup versus the Washington Wizards at the earliest, as the former is dealing with medial tendinitis in his right foot, and the latter is nursing a right heel bruise. Herro hasn't played since Feb. 26, and Love has been out since Feb. 29. Duncan Robinson has started each of Miami's last five games without Herro and should continue to do so, while Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr. soak up some of Love's reserve minutes.

Keyonte George Sitting With Illness

Utah Jazz guard Keyonte George (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's meeting with the Chicago Bulls. Following six minutes of play during Monday's win over the Washington Wizards, George will be inactive after trying to battle through the illness in that one and look to return for Saturday's clash with the defending-champion Denver Nuggets. The Jazz will lean on Collin Sexton as their primary ball-handler on Wednesday, with one of Jordan Clarkson or Kris Dunn likely entering Utah's first five. But with Alex Caruso patrolling the perimeter, this is a matchup to shy away from for fantasy purposes, as the Bulls are yielding fewer fantasy points to opposing point guards than any other team in 2023-24.

76ers Resting Kyle Lowry Wednesday

Philadelphia 76ers guard Kyle Lowry (rest) will be unavailable for Wednesday's tilt against the Memphis Grizzlies. After falling to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday, the Sixers are resting Lowry on the second part of their back-to-back. The veteran floor general should be good to go for Friday's action against the New Orleans Pelicans. In the meantime, Philly is down to Cameron Payne at point guard with All-Star Tyrese Maxey (concussion) also sidelined on Wednesday, with Tobias Harris likely being tasked to handle additional ball-handling duties against an injury-ravaged Memphis club.
