Chicago Bulls forward Patrick Williams (foot) will see his 2023-2024 campaign come to an abrupt end. Williams is reportedly expected to undergo season-ending foot surgery. He hasn't played since January 25, and Williams wasn't making strong progress in his recovery process. He played in all 82 games last season but will see his 2023 campaign cut short. He'll finish with averages of 10.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.7 combined blocks/steals across 27.3 minutes. Ayo Dosunmu remains a must-have player with the Bulls shorthanded right now.

New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (illness) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Miami Heat. This marks the second game in a row that Ingram will be forced to miss due to an illness. Trey Murphy III started in his place on Thursday and finished with 13 points, three rebounds, an assist, three steals, and three blocks in 34 minutes. He's well worth a look as a streaming option with Ingram missing Friday's game.

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Houston Rockets. The hope was that Beal would be healthy and ready to go after the All-Star break. That is not the case as the superstar guard will miss his second straight game on Friday. Both Eric Gordon and Royce O'Neale should see increased roles in the rotation with Beal out. Also, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant will be asked to carry the load on offense with Beal missing at least one more game.

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro (foot) is available ahead of Friday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans. That is great news for fantasy managers after Herro was listed as questionable coming into this game. He should be asked to play a bigger role in the rotation with Terry Rozier (knee) and Josh Richardson (shoulder) both sidelined. Herro is looking like a strong DFS option for Friday's slate. Fantasy managers in season-long formats should make sure to get Herro in there.

Washington Wizards forward Deni Avdija (heel) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. This is a bit surprising given that Avdija wasn't included on the most recent injury report. Bilal Coulibaly would normally be the favorite to start, but he's already in the starting five with Jordan Poole being demoted to the bench. That means Landry Shamet would move into the starting unit on Friday. Shamet is a decent scoring option, so he could be worth a look in deep leagues for Friday's game.
