Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington (knee) won't make his return from injury Monday against Houston. The former Rocket is nursing left knee inflammation and is forced to sit for a sixth consecutive game. Philadelphia also has a matchup against Denver coming up on Tuesday, meaning Covington's absence could quickly extend for another game. However, the 33-year-old hasn't played a very big role for the team this season, averaging only 4.4 points and 3.3 rebounds in 16.8 minutes off the pine.

Philadelphia 76ers center Mo Bamba (knee) is listed as doubtful for Monday's clash against Houston. The 25-year-old put in an impressive performance against Sacramento on Friday, but he's now dealing with fat pad impingement on his right knee and will likely miss Monday's action. With Joel Embiid (knee) questionable for Monday, we could see a lot of Paul Reed against the Rockets, with Marcus Morris Sr. picking up minutes as the backup big.

Orlando Magic guard/forward Franz Wagner (ankle) will miss a sixth game in a row Monday versus the Knicks. He continues to deal with a right ankle sprain suffered on Jan. 3 in a game against Sacramento. Wagner's injury has helped Chuma Okeke and Caleb Houstan break into the starting five. Both players have had a couple of good performances, but they remain risky choices for fantasy managers.

New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson (calf) is in danger of missing a second consecutive game on Monday, as the team has listed him questionable for a tilt against Orlando. Following a run of three 30-point efforts in five outings, Brunson was forced to skip his first game of the season on Saturday versus Memphis. Miles McBride had a good game in his absence and could be looking at another start on Monday. He showcased an ability to help out fantasy managers in multiple areas at the weekend, posting 19 points, six rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block.

Memphis Grizzlies forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. (knee) is considered questionable for Monday's matchup against Golden State. He's bothered by a right knee problem that has already kept Jackson Jr. out of the lineup twice in the last three games. With Memphis' season pretty much over already due to a number of injuries and bad results, it wouldn't be surprising to see the team keep Jackson Jr. off the court until he's fully healthy. The frontcourt injuries have made Xavier Tillman Sr. a very attractive fantasy piece, while GG Jackson also burst onto the scene at the weekend against the Knicks with a team-high 20 points and six rebounds off the bench.
