Austin Reaves Questionable Against New Orleans

Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves (calf) is questionable for Tuesday's game against New Orleans. He suffered a calf injury during Friday's win over the Clippers, ending his evening after just nine minutes of work. While an MRI showed no significant damage, it still kept him off the floor when the Lakers and Clippers met again on Sunday night. Luka Doncic (knee) is also questionable, so Reaves could see an uptick in usage on Tuesday. However, if Reaves and Doncic are both sidelined, LeBron James (foot), who is probable, will likely handle the ball more than usual. Gabe Vincent, who had nine points on Sunday as a member of the starting lineup, could also be in line for increased fantasy production.

Luka Doncic Questionable Versus The Pelicans

Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans. The former Maverick is normally on the injury report because of his calf. However, he's in danger of missing Tuesday's contest because of a knee contusion, an injury he picked up in Sunday's win over the Clippers. With that in mind, head coach JJ Redick may give him the night off versus the 17-win Pelicans, especially with upcoming meetings with the Knicks and Celtics on the horizon. With Austin Reaves (calf) questionable and Jordan Goodwin (ankle) ruled out, LeBron James (foot), who is probable, should have the ball in his hands even more if Doncic can't get on the floor. Gabe Vincent, coming off a nine-point showing on Sunday night, could also find himself back in the starting lineup.

LeBron James Trending Towards Playing On Sunday

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) has been upgraded to probable ahead of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The superstar forward was tagged as questionable coming into this contest, but it appears he's feeling better now. James has been a regular on the injury report this season, but he continues to suit up most nights. James has played in each of the last six games and he should be out there on Sunday, barring any pre-game setbacks.

Luka Doncic Upgraded To Probable For Sunday

Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic (calf) has been upgraded to probable ahead of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers. Doncic appears to be in line to play after being listed as questionable heading into the contest. Despite the lingering calf issue, Doncic has looked excellent on the court over the last four games. He notched a 31-point game on Friday, which was against this same Clippers team. Fantasy managers should expect Doncic to be out there, barring any setbacks.

Austin Reaves Officially Out On Sunday Night

Los Angeles Lakers guard Austin Reaves (calf) won't play on Sunday against the Clippers. He injured his calf when the Lakers and Clippers met on Friday night. Fortunately, an MRI "revealed no serious injury." However, fantasy managers had a feeling Reaves would miss some time. With that said, the 23-year-old has averaged a career-high 19.1 points this season, so the Lakers need him back as soon as possible. But while Reaves is out of commission, Dalton Knecht and Gabe Vincent are in line for more work.
