According to Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis, Indiana Pacers guard/forward Bennedict Mathurin(wrist) will be out of action for Tuesday's matchup against the Houston Rockets. He will miss his third game in a row due to a sprained left wrist. Ben SheppardandAaron Nesmith have been more involved in the rotation during Mathurin's absence. Nesmith in particular has fully capitalized on this opportunity, scoring a career-high 27 points in Sunday's win against the Chicago Bulls. Mathurin's next chance to return to the floor will be on Thursday against the Hawks.

Indiana Pacers guard/forward Bennedict Mathurin (wrist) has been listed as doubtful for Tuesday's clash against the Houston Rockets. He has missed a pair of games due to a left wrist sprain. Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle told reporters over the weekend that Mathurin is considered day-to-day. It seems Mathurin is closing in on his return, but the doubtful tag suggests that Tuesday's action will come too soon for him. Ben Sheppard and Aaron Nesmith have been more involved in the rotation during Mathurin's absence. Nesmith has fully capitalized on this opportunity, scoring a career-high 27 points in Sunday's win against the Chicago Bulls.

Indiana Pacers guard/forward Bennedict Mathurin (wrist) has been ruled out for Friday's clash against the Miami Heat and is looking at a multi-game absence. In his pre-game brief, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said Mathurin will be shut down "for a couple of games at least." Indiana lists Mathurin on the injury report with a left wrist sprain, but according to Carlisle, the 22-year-old is dealing with multiple ailments. Ben Sheppard should play a more prominent role in the rotation while Mathurin is on the mend.

Indiana Pacers point guard T.J. McConnell (ankle) will return from a two-game absence in Friday's matchup against the Miami Heat. Indiana has upgraded his status from questionable to available. McConnell will continue to provide cover off the bench. The matchup against the Heat has suited well for McConnell, as he has averaged 10.0 points, 4.3 assists, and 1.0 steals over 19.7 minutes in three prior meetings this season.

According to Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis, Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (groin) will likely suit up for Wednesday's matchup with the Toronto Raptors. Haliburton is still listed as questionable due to groin soreness but is expected to play this evening. The 24-year-old has missed only one of 56 Pacers games this season. He's averaging 18.1 points and 8.7 assists across 34.0 minutes per contest. If, for some reason, Haliburton cannot go, Andrew Nembhard will see an uptick in minutes and production, providing a potential fantasy option for Wednesday.
