Pascal Siakam In Danger Of Missing Another Contest

Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (personal) is questionable for Wednesday's meeting with the Dallas Mavericks. The former Raptor had been on a roll, scoring at least 25 points in each of the Pacers' previous three contests heading into Monday's overtime victory over the Timberwolves. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to play because of a personal issue. Tyrese Haliburton (back), Aaron Nesmith (ankle), and Myles Turner (hip) were also sidelined for that one, resulting in Obi Toppin and Bennedict Mathurin combining for 56 points. Toppin will likely start again if Siakam can't suit up. However, Turner and Nesmith are off the injury report, so Toppin probably won't be as productive, even if Haliburton remains on the shelf.

Myles Turner Off The Injury Report For Wednesday

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner (hip) is off the injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Mavericks. He missed Monday's overtime win over the Timberwolves because of a hip contusion. As a result, Thomas Bryant took over in the middle, finishing with 10 points, seven rebounds, two blocks, and one steal. But with Turner back on the floor, Bryant won't be relevant for fantasy managers. On the other hand, Turner could be in line for an uptick in scoring tries, considering Tyrese Haliburton (back) and Pascal Siakam (personal) may not suit up. In addition, the Mavs are still without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), and Daniel Gafford (knee). Kai Jones (quadriceps) is questionable, meaning Dallas may remain undersized underneath the basket.

Tyrese Haliburton Questionable For Wednesday Night

Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Dallas. The 2020 No. 12 overall pick has been banged up of late, missing three games due to a hip injury before returning for the March 11 meeting with the Milwaukee Bucks. He played the following two contests. However, Haliburton was sidelined for Monday's overtime win over the Minnesota Timberwolves because of back soreness. Pascal Siakam (personal), Myles Turner (hip), and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) also weren't available for that one, paving the way for increased production from Bennedict Mathurin and Obi Toppin, with the duo combining for 56 points. But fantasy managers shouldn't expect a duplicate performance from the pair even if Haliburton can't get back on the floor, considering Turner and Nesmith are off the injury report, and Siakam has a chance to play.

Myles Turner Misses Monday's Matchup

Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner (hip) will not be available for Monday's clash against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He will exit the lineup due to a hip contusion. Turner's absence will likely give a starter's role to Thomas Bryant, who has previously averaged 14.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in the first unit this season. The frontcourt is also without Pascal Siakam (personal) for Monday's game, which means Obi Toppin and Tony Bradley could also get plenty of minutes on the floor.

Aaron Nesmith Unavailable Against Minnesota On Monday

Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Starreports that Indiana Pacers forwardAaron Nesmith(ankle) is unavailable for Monday's matchup with the Minnesota Timberwolves. The 25-year-old will be out of action for the first game since January 14th due to an injured left ankle. Besides Nesmith, Tyrese Haliburton(back) andMyles Turner(hip) are also out. This means that available minutes will open up for Jarace WalkerandBennedict Mathurin. Both players may get the nod to start, but they are average fantasy options.
