NBA is here, and that means we have tons of new stats, tools, and information to dive into. This article will present you with five actionable stats in order to help you with the night’s NBA DFS slate of games.
We only have a small two-game slate Tuesday, but we have some of the best teams in the NBA on the hardwood, so let’s get to the five stats.
1. The Brooklyn Nets are allowing 117.8 points per 100 possessions.
The Nets rank dead last in defensive efficiency so far this season, and will be without Ben Simmons, who has always been a strong player on the defensive end. We can chalk this up as an elite matchup for the Bulls.
2. The Golden State Warriors are playing at the fastest pace of any team in the NBA this season.
They are also just 21st in DEF, this sets up for them to be a good matchup for opposing teams, and one that we have seen some of these Miami Heat players take advantage of once already this season.
3. Jalen Williams has averaged 1.09 FPPM and a 22% usage rate with Josh Giddey off the floor this season.
Williams returned from an injury last game and played 26 minutes, turning in over 29 DK points. The young player projects as a strong fantasy producer and should see additional minutes with Giddey sidelined.
4. Paolo Banchero has a 31% usage rate so far this season.
He has seen monster usage as is, and now the Magic could be without both Cole Anthony and Jalen Suggs Tuesday in a matchup against the fast-paced Thunder. Paolo has parlayed that 31% usage rate into 1.24 FPPM this year.
5. The Oklahoma City are allowing over 25 points and 20 rebounds per game to opposing Centers.
Wendell Carter might not get the start at center, but he should get some time there, and Carter also benefits from Cole Anthony and potentially Jalen Suggs missing this game.
